  • Does the towel work for both right and left-handed golfers?

    Yes, the Savvy Setup Golf Towel is suitable for right-handed and left-handed golfers, accommodating their needs equally. 

     

  • Does the towel come with any warranty or guarantee?

    Yes, the towel is backed by our warranty and guarantee policy. If you do not like it or it's damaged, we will refund you 100% of the purchase, following our return policy and warranty guidelines. Please refer to our product documentation or contact customer support for full details.

  • What if I have never golfed before?

    No problem at all! The Savvy Setup Golf Towel is designed to be inclusive and helpful for golfers of all skill levels, including beginners. It provides a visual reference for aligning your feet and ball position, helping you establish a solid foundation for your swing, even if you're a seasoned pro or just starting your golfing journey.

  • What are the dimensions of the Savvy Setup Golf Towel?

    The Savvy Setup Golf Towel measures 12" x 40" when laid out, offering ample space to comfortably position your feet and golf ball. Always place the ball one club head away from the towel edge in the desired spot with the club you're working with. Its size perfectly balances functionality and portability, allowing you to carry it in or on your golf bag easily. When using the towel clip or magnet, the towel hangs less than 20" so you can easily walk or ride using it. 

  • What if it's windy, will it still work?

    The Savvy Setup Golf Towel is designed for optimal use in calm conditions. In strong winds, it may fold up, making it difficult to use. However, it works perfectly fine in hitting stalls or bays. Future design models will address this and come with grommets on the corners for placing into the ground with golf tees.

  • Recommended cleaning or maintenance instructions?

    To keep the towel in optimal condition, we recommend machine washing it with mild detergent and allowing it to air dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners. DO NOT PLACE IN DRYER ALLOW TO AIR DRY! 

  • Will the design fade or peel off?

    No! With our double-sided sublimation printing process, you can rest assured that the design on our Savvy Setup Golf Towel is built to last. The sublimation technique ensures vibrant and durable colors that won't fade or peel, even after multiple washes. So, whether you're using the towel on the course or during practice sessions, you can trust that the design will maintain its high-quality appearance over time.

  • Can the towel be used for other sports or activities?

    While the towel is designed with golf in mind, its versatile nature makes it suitable for other sports or activities that require moisture management, grip enhancement, cleaning, or drying. Remember that other materials could stain or damage the towel if it's outside regular golf wear and tear. No oils, dyes or stains should be used with the towel. 

  • Can the towel be customized with personal logos or designs?

    Don't hesitate to call with any customized options or ideas. We will license the design to youth golf groups, training companies, and charity organizations involved in golf and growing the game. We also plan to partner with businesses and companies involved in the training and development space. Branding options are available upon request—Contact us.

  • What is your return policy?

    We have a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition with tags and packaging. Contact us at golf@divotsociety.com to start a return. We do not accept returns on custom products, sale items, or gift cards. European Union customers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of approval.

  • Does this fit a standard alignment stick?

    It's guaranteed to fit our line for magnetic tip alignment sticks. However, it fits most alignment sticks and can be used on the shaft of a golf club as well. See side guide chart for more details located on the product page. 

  • I lost the rubber spacer. Can a replacement be purchased?

    The rubber spacer is loose and can be lost easily. Unfortunately, we do not sell the spacer as an individual product. However, reach out to customer service directly and see about getting a replacement holder sent out. 

  • What size phone will fit the holder?

    It will adjust to hold smart phones between 2.5" and 5.7"

  • Does the rod need to be vertical?

    No! the swivel allows it to be placed at any angle that works best for your needs. However, the weight of the phone will dictate some positions depending on the way the club or alignment stick is positioned.

    At Divot Society, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our valued customers. Here's our shipping policy:


    Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 11 a.m. PST will be shipped on the same business day, unless Standard Shipping is chosen. Please note that during holidays and sales, processing times may be slightly longer.


    • Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. You can choose from Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, or International Shipping at checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and the speed of the selected shipping method—order Cut-off time: 2 PM ((GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). The transit time is approximately 1-7 business days but can be longer depending on the carrier and your location.

    NOTE

    After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information to the email address provided during checkout. In case you don't receive the email, you can always log into your account to find updated tracking and order details.

     

    Divot Society Golf operates shipping from Monday to Friday, excluding major US holidays. Please note that tracking numbers will not be available on weekends as we do not ship during these days. If you place an order over the weekend, it will be shipped on the next open business day.

     

    If any of your items are back-ordered, we will make sure to keep you updated on the status of your order.

  • Do you accept returns and refunds?

    Return If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free and get a full refund. it. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  If the item you have received is damaged, defective, or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred. Once the returned order is received, the refund payment will be processed in 7-14 business days.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is 0.00 USD and the Re-stocking fee is 0.00 USD.


    Customer Remorse (For your responsibility)

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake, doesn’t need anymore or if the wrong products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual cost of return shipping. The Re-stocking fee is 0.00 USD. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

    Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 


    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Is my payment secure?

    Divot Society Golf uses Shopify Payments and Shop for orders within the United States which are both encrypted payment providers. 
     

    Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, Shopify works really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.
     

    Shopify also includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. 

  • What if an item is "Out of Stock" or "Sold Out"

    To stay informed about product availability, simply click the 'Notify When Available' button on the product page and provide your email address. We will send you an email notification as soon as the previously out-of-stock item becomes available for purchase again.

    Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to make changes to it. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at golf@divotsociety.com with your order number, and we will gladly assist you in canceling the order so that you can place a new one.

  • Returns & Exchange Policy

    What is your refund and return policy?

     

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    If you're unhappy with how to product performs and it doesn't meet your expectations please reach out to customer service via email golf@divotsociety.com to discuss other options.

    Does Divot Society Golf pay for return shipping? 

     

    There is a Return Process and it will be handled with our customer care team from person to person. Contact use at golf@divotsociety.com.
     

    Is my product covered under warranty?

     

    Divot Society products are backed by a 30-Day warranty. Please note that warranty coverage does not extend to purchases made through third-party vendors. To proceed with a warranty claim, proof of purchase will be required. If the item is still available and in stock, we will be delighted to provide a replacement under warranty. In the event that the item is out of stock or currently unavailable, a full refund for the original purchase amount will be offered. For quality issues beyond six months, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.

    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


     

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Lost Package Policy

    In the event that a customer claims non-receipt of an item, we will promptly launch an investigation with the carrier to determine the package's whereabouts. This investigation typically takes 5-10 business days to conclude. Throughout the process, we will maintain regular communication with the customer, providing updates on the investigation's progress.

     

    If the carrier confirms the package's loss during transit, we will issue a complete refund or replace the item at no extra cost to the customer. Should the carrier confirm the package's delivery, we will furnish the customer with proof of delivery and kindly request them to check with their neighbors or local post office to locate the package.

     

    If, even after receiving proof of delivery, the customer persists in claiming non-receipt, we may request the filing of a police report before proceeding with a refund or replacement. This measure is in place to safeguard against fraudulent claims of non-delivery.

     

    Please note that we cannot be held accountable for packages that are stolen or misplaced following delivery. For customers concerned about delivery security, we recommend requesting signature confirmation or selecting a shipping method with additional security features.
