Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 11 a.m. PST will be shipped on the same business day, unless Standard Shipping is chosen. Please note that during holidays and sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and the speed of the selected shipping method—order Cut-off time: 2 PM ((GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1 business days (Monday - Friday). The transit time is approximately 1-7 business days but can be longer depending on the carrier and your location.

  1. Tracking and Notifications: Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can also check your account for updated tracking and order information. Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate to receive these notifications.
  2. Delivery Time: The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Standard Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the United States, while international shipping times may vary. Unforeseen weather conditions or customs delays may impact the delivery timeframe.
  3. Duties and Taxes: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These additional charges are the recipient's responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
  4. Lost or Stolen Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost or stolen during transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier to determine the package's status. This investigation may take 5-10 business days to complete. We will keep you informed of the progress and provide any relevant updates. If the carrier confirms that the package was lost, we will offer a full refund or replace the item at no additional cost.
  5. Which carriers do you ship with?Ā Ā We use a variety of reputable carriers, including but not limited to UPS, USPS, and DHL.Ā For orders of high value, carriers will ask for a signature upon delivery.Ā 
  6. Do you ship internationally? No, We strive to have this by Spring 2024
  7. Shipping Limitations: While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, please understand that once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over the shipping process. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
