End-User License Agreement

End-User License Agreement (EULA) – Divot Society QuickBooks Integration

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Divot Society QuickBooks Online integration through n8n.

1. License
   Divot Society grants a limited, non-transferable license to connect our QuickBooks Online account through n8n for the sole purpose of internal financial automation.

2. Ownership
   All financial and business data accessed remains the sole property of Divot Society.

3. Data Use
   The integration is used only for internal workflows such as reporting, categorization, and reconciliation. No financial data is shared with outside parties.

4. No Warranty
   This integration is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Divot Society is not responsible for errors, omissions, or data inaccuracies that may occur during automation.

5. Limitation of Liability
   Divot Society shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this integration.

6. Termination
   Divot Society reserves the right to discontinue the integration at any time.
